The 2005-2006 Varadero 125 was the last of the first-generation, carburettor-fed bikes before the Euro III update. It kept the liquid-cooled 90-degree V-twin, five-speed gearbox, twin discs and 17.5-litre tank. It was still one of the largest and most touring-capable bikes in the learner class.
